Job Summary
Looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HRMS Technical Developer with strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, integrations, reporting, and customizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, SQL, and Application Packages.
- Develop Integration Broker, Web Services, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Work on Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor.
- Develop reports, interfaces, Component Interfaces, and batch processes.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and production support.
- Support upgrades, enhancements, and PUM updates.
- Collaborate with functional teams and prepare technical documentation.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of PeopleSoft HRMS Technical Development experience.
- PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 / PeopleTools 8.55+.
- Strong PeopleCode, App Engine, SQL, SQR, and Integration Broker experience.
- Experience with NA Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Core HR.
- Good knowledge of Application Designer, CI, Fluid UI, AWE, and Web Services.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
Good to Have: PUM/Image upgrades, PTF, PeopleTools 8.58+, and PeopleSoft Security
