Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of strong C#/.NET development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on MS SQL Server experience.
- Strong T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Indexing & Query Performance Tuning.
- Strong experience with ETL/Data Integration – SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or equivalent.
- Experience with data modelling, data cleansing & reconciliation.
- Experience building automation tools, APIs, scheduled jobs, Azure Functions, or Windows Services.
- Claude Code experience is mandatory – candidate must be actively using Claude Code in real production development work.
- Good experience with Code Review, Git/Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication and ability to work independently with business stakeholders.
